Information for existing customers
10 TeamViewer users can establish remote control connections to TeamViewer 3 or higher.
For technical reasons and licensing, connect the remote control in the other direction, ie TeamViewer 9, 8, or more than 10 TeamViewer is not possible. Meetings with version 10 are also available for participants with version 7 or higher; But vice versa is not possible for the reasons mentioned.

With the release of new major version (eg 10.x etc.) for Windows, Mac or Linux, we share download links on our homepage.
These links lead to always download the latest version of TeamViewer. If you want to continue working with an older version, you can continue to do so.
You and your customers will find all our previous versions on our website under Download / Previous versions. Alternatively, you can create your own customer module in your TeamViewer version, and provide this module to download to your homepage.
